First, I just want to thank each and every one of you who has become an active participant of the association! Your efforts and contributions are not going unnoticed or appreciated! Judy, we appreciate your incredible efforts to clean the front entrance and we have had so much positive feedback on how great it is looking. Again thank you to all who have helped out with this clean up! Thank you to everyone who has provided your feedback on EasyHOA! The majority of the feedback has been amazingly positive and with your help and patience we have really made some progress on working out the kinks and exploring the potential of this new software! * We know the bushes are getting out of control. The landscaping company has trimming scheduled for the week of July 13th. They are going to try to start earlier but the bulk of them will be done the week of July 13th. * Roofs are scheduled to be replaced on 2 buildings this year 1186-1196 Rose and 1211-1225 Alexandria. Currently we are looking at the end of July however, this is subject to change depending on various circumstances, such as weather delays. We will be in communication with those units it affects. * Gutters are also scheduled to be cleaned in July and we are waiting on the exact date(s). We are aware that the gutters have been neglected over the past several years and are likely going to need to be replaced in the near future however, due to budget constraints we are looking to have them cleaned at a minimum right now. * The website has been updated with a financials page and, while it is a work in progress, the bank statements for April and May, 2026 have been posted for transparency. All account and personal information has been blacked out for privacy reasons. * Landscaping bids and the current contract have also been uploaded to the website. These are the bids received and the contract that was signed by the previous Board that had not been uploaded. * Lastly, we have collected approximately $10,000 of the Past Due balance since taking office! Currently the past due balance is $18,163.07 and we will continue collecting as our goal it to have a past due balance of $0. Have a wonderful holiday weekend! Happy 4th of July!
