ELECTIONS

​Nomination forms were returned to the election committee. After reviewing them with the board and what the committee decided about moving forward, we wanted to let everyone know that there will not be an election this year.

There was only 1 volunteer for each position of the board. Therefore, those individuals will receive phone calls from the election committee to double check their information is accurate and that they would still like the position. 

The current board will send out a letter to all homeowners with this information. The current board will be entirely replaced with new members. Those members are as follows:

  • President: Tracey Byrne

  • Vice President: Fred Taillon

  • Treasurer: Greg Fogarty

  • Secretary: Genna O'Connor

  • Trustee: Nick Hanson

April, 2026 will be a month to transition from the old board to the new board. The new board will be in full effect on May 1st, 2026.

A new board with all new members will mean some changes are bound to happen. Please be patient as we work to make the transition as smooth as possible. 

As always, if you have any questions about this process, please reach out to a board member.

We are trying to make sure we have the most up to date contact information and preferences for each homeowner. We will be mailing out forms for homeowners to fill out and get back to us with this information. However, there is another way if you'd like to do it online.
