Current Contracts

Below is a spreadsheet outlining services for all of the companies we contacted. If you'd like to see the original quotes, please reach out to the board and we will be happy to share them with you. The board voted 4 in favor and 1 against for Sarasota Lawn. This company was chosen for the following reasons:

• Their willingness to work and negotiate with the board to make homeowners happy.

• Their openness to changing where snow is plowed to meet the needs of our homeowners.

• They are a member of the Sycamore Chamber of Commerce with many referneces and local properties, including HOAs, in the area.

• They will come plow after 2" of snow (whether it's from more than 1 storm or during the storm).

Driveway repairs will resume in 2027. 2026 will be a year to sealcoat all driveways. 

We are currently gathering quotes for gutter cleaning. When we have them and are able to make a decision, it will be detailed here.

We were planning on having Tip Top Roofing finish the roofs in the association for a neat and uniform appearance. However, a homeowner requested that we get quotes from other companies and see if they can match the material Tip Top was using. We will work on getting these quotes.
